This book combines our love for Chinese culture and food and our desire to help kids in Ethiopia. We're a family of 6 and getting ready to pick up our sweet daughter that we're adopting from Ethiopia. We've lived in China for over 4 years now and have fallen in love with the tastes and textures of China. A dear friend and I have translated and put measurements to many of the favorite North Eastern Chinese dishes. All of the proceeds from this book will go to help www.mercyethiopia.com to provide local Ethiopian organizations in their shelter and ministry to street kids.
