Birds, Bees & Cypress Trees was created to offer readers a visual opportunity to see the Florida Everglades through my camera lens. The pictures in this book feature a variety of images that span 3 years of work and offer a selection of birds, other wildlife, sunsets and Florida Everglades scenery. I offer a brief narrative with many of the images. My hope is that after reading the book, you will really want to come here to experience the magic of the Florida Everglades, or, if you have visited or live here, you will treasure the book for its familiar images.

I live and work in the Florida Everglades. Every day presents a new opportunity to get out there and find something great to photograph - it's impossible to run out of ideas. From the tallest trees to the smallest insects, there is always something to photograph as well as, more often than not, many surprises along the way. Over the years, I hope to create a number of books that reflect my passion for my work. I hope you enjoy them.
