I design and make medieval - Byzantine style jewellery, and early this year 2009, one lady was enchanted by this necklace, and bought it. Then she told me about "Medieval Re-enactment" at Warwick Castle.
Actually, she was in costume wearing my necklace!!

I am always interested in "medieval-costume-play" but I hadn't yet come across them. I didn't even know the word "Re-enactment"!! I was so excited about the news and travelled to Warwick, a charming historical town, to see them all, on Easter Holiday.

Also this year is the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII's coronation. Many Tudor - related events are being held all over England.
"Henry Days"were held at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich in June ; and one week later, "Anniversary of the Coronation of Henry VIII" was held at Hampton Court Palace.

This photo-book shows my first year of Re-enactment documents.
