For 27 days I traveled with a fellow artist through Europe for the sole purpose to sketch, absorb the sights, sounds, history, and culture of the region. The sketchbook was my constant companion capturing the images, history, and personal reflections to what I saw and experienced. This is my adventure from Prague to Berlin.

Brenda Swenson is the artist author of two instructional books, Keeping a Watercolor Sketchbook (an Award of Excellence Finalist) and Steps to Success in Watercolor. Her paintings and sketches have been featured in Watercolor Magazine, Watercolor Highlights, Quarterly Magazine, Wheels of Time, Splash 11 and numerous other publications. She is an active participant in the arts community having served on the board of directors for the National Watercolor Society and Watercolor West. She has received many awards for her paintings and has received signature membership in several societies.
