"Ciphers, Fragments, and Other Random Stuff" is a book of poems by Charles Matthew Sauer.

Originally printed in 1994, the poetry, letters, and essays in Mondo Jazz and Z-Axis were published by a company named Wordsmith Chapbooks, which Charles Matthew Sauer started in Kaysville, Utah. Intending to create a unique version of each book, he made fewer than thirty copies combined, for both hard cover and trade paperbacks, using desktop publishing software, an inkjet printer, staples, a spool of thread, and a needle. . .

"Ciphers, Fragments, and Other Random Stuff" represents a technological and artistic realization, which began with Sauer's first book of poems.
