William D. Hough has spent most of his life living and traveling in foreign lands. Born in Brazil, he has worked and lived various Latin American countries, the US and Asia. He speaks several languages and is fascinated by different peoples and cultures. Photography has always been a part of his life. As far back as 1975, Bill won awards for both photography and painting. His photography covers a wide array of themes, colors, designs and forms. In 2003, Bill made the switch from 35mm photography to the digital world. Currently, he uses the Canon EOS 350D (Digital Rebel XT) for planned and serious shots and a variety of Canon and Olympus cameras to capture more spontaneous moments. When not taking photographs, Bill is an international executive for a company that specializes in women's health. Bill has a lovely wife, Elisa, who often helps him design photography projects and three children, Melissa, Danny and James.
