About

Eva was born in Chania, Greece in 1978.
She studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessalonica, graduating in 2006 and Turkish Language in Institute of Balkan Studies and TOMER University of Ankara in 2002.
She was awarded the IKY Greek State’s Scholarship for postgraduate studies in Photography in 2008.
Mythology, memory, fantasy and the unconscious form the basis for her creativity.
She received honourably mentions at the 2008 and 2009 PX3 Photography Prize competition in the category of fine art student photography. Her work Traces Within was shortlisted and projected at the 2009 Arles juried festival Voies Off. Since 2001 she has widely exhibited in Europe and USA.
