Broertje Beer gaat naar zijn eerste Lentefeest. Hij heeft er zin in, maar vindt het ook wel spannend om straks de jagers te zien, te snoepen van het lekkere eten en voor het eerst het Grote Grijze Water te zien. Maar soms doen kleine beertjes zoals Broertje Beer dingen die ze beter niet kunnen doen. Wat zou er gebeuren als hij zich waagt op het ijs, dat alsmaar dunner wordt?
