She uses food as a tool to help people find their life's passions and motivations and to re-nourish their lives.
She runs a nutrition and cooking school from people's own kitchens,

She is an advocate for sustainable living and dedicates her free time teaching young people and children that food does not come from a drive through.
She lives on the beautiful South Coast of NSW with her two children.

Absolutely love this book. Fave recipe is the Fantastic bowl of food for every part of the body, but I feel it may be overtaken by the Lemon and Haloumi Risotto! great to see someone write a cook book based around feeding your body on a cellular level. Thank you Maria
