On a family trip to Bermuda when I was 16, my Grandmother loaned me her old Pentax SLR so I could take some pictures on our trip. My Dad offered lots of help with the camera on this trip and I managed to get a few decent pictures in, including an unintentional mosaic of about 10 pictures on the last frame of film. When my grandmother passed away a few years later, I inherited her old Pentax SLR and used this for a number of years, until I recently replaced this with the Pentax K200D digital SLR. I continue to enjoy photography and am constantly learning new things through other photographers I meet, experimenting with the camera, Flickr forums, and my first teacher - my Dad.
