After falling in love with photogrphy while in the United States Air Force I went on to obtain a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography and Cinema from The Ohio State University.
I taught photography in an Adult Education Program as a way to help finance my education. After College I did freelance photography for 9 years and then moved to Chicago where I worked in Advertising Photography.
While taking a winter vacation in Arizona I fell in love with the Sonoran Desert and have lived here ever since.
