Diana Stetson is a painter with studios in Santa Fe and Alameda, New Mexico. Her primary medium is mixed media with oil on panel in large format. Additionally she works as a monotype artist at Hand Graphics in Santa Fe, to produce one of a kind works on paper. Stetson has won over 40 grants and awards for her work. Her museum venues have included Le Musée en Herbes in Paris, the Fine Art Museum in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and Museum of Fine Art in Santa Fe. Currently Stetson is exploring ways to continue the work she has done over the past three years as a cultural ambassador in Turkmenistan, on invitation with the State Department. She believes in art as a bridge between peoples around the world and loves helping to weave the fabric of Global Artists working together to help make the world a better place.
