I have lived in a Colorado mountain town of about 1500 since 1981, where I had the good luck to be known as the town cartoonist. I cranked out a weekly editorial cartoon and a six panel comic strip for over twenty-five years - good practice for meeting deadlines and learning to communicate in the form. I've made my living while doing this as a librarian in a comfortable rural library, the Gilpin County Public Library. Drop in and relax there if you find yourself in the area.
