Giles Rocholl is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, and has been working as a freelance Public Relations photographer for 12 years.
He started his professional career in 1980 as a trainee photojournalist with the Ackrill Newspaper Group, Harrogate. He went on to work for the York Evening Press, York, and Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds, and from 1996 to 1999 he was Picture Editor for the Lancashire Evening Post and latterly the Yorkshire Post before going freelance in 1999. Giles has been closely involved in the digital photography revolution and its take up by industry. He has worked for International, National and Regional customers and currently includes Yorkshire’s top, Banks, Accountants and Law firms among his clients. As well as Public Relations photography Giles also has interests in Architectural, Wedding and Art photography.
