Nalini writes in beautiful Quebec City. She's a former cancer researcher, specializing in molecular biology techniques to investigate the role of hormones in breast and prostate cancer. Her first book, a collection of short stories, Blues from the Malabar Coast, won the Quebec Writer's Federation Award, Since then she has a published a novel, The Enemy Within and has been featured in the anthology, Her Mother's Ashes. She loves to cook and is working on a low-salt cook-book.
