Lakeway resident, former Information Technology executive, now photographer, Bill Hawkins has enjoyed his life-long passion for photography. His interest in photography that began as a teenager intensified when photography transitioned from film to digital.
Hawkins emphasizes his two specialties: portraits and retouching. "In digital, both my photographic and computer expertise are combined. As I use Photoshop and other image editing tools, I still marvel as beautiful images emerge and faded memories are restored."
