I was born in Carmel-By-The-Sea, California and was educated at Willamette University, the University of California Berkeley, the University of Oregon, and the University of Washington. As an organization development consultant, I expedited the use of information technology in business and government, served as a university adjunct instructor and published field research. I live with my wife, Marj, on Puget Sound.
