Since the year 2000 I've been working with scanner-photography for fine-art printwork - the subject matter ranging from plant material to the surreal worlds of toys and industrial products.
Scanner-photography is a new medium for artist-printmaking; the flatbed scanner’s intense light-beam reveals exquisite detailing in flowers and other objects. Photoshop and a good ink-jet printer give freedom to make a variety of individual Working Proofs or Limited Editions.
