Lorna is a juried Associate Signature (AFCA) member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. She was also juried to the Alberta Society of Artists (ASA) and the Canadian Institute of Portrait Artists (CIPA). She has won a number of awards for her art work and had articles published in several magazines including the International Artist’s Magazine. Primarily self taught, Lorna has taken numerous workshops to further her artistic abilities. She uses a variety of mediums including acrylics, watercolor, colored pencil, graphite and her favorite, scratchboard. Her art works are in private and corporate collections in Canada and abroad. |
