Mark Andrews, an Emmy-award winning photographer, is well known for his interpretive and well crafted photographs of the landscape in the southwestern United States. His works reflect his love and connection with the wilderness. He creates his own edition prints in gicle’, hand-embellished with pastel colors on watercolor papers. As an original pioneer of the gicle’ process for photographs in 1989, he has explored many combinations of inks, dyes and substrates to produce his glowing final prints.
Mark has frequently taught as a guest instructor at numerous workshops and university settings. His prints are collected nationwide for private and corporate collections and he remains active in creating and presenting art edition prints and commercial and documentary videography.
