|My Bio||I'm a lover of books, I believe that reading is the most worthwhile thing a person can do with their time. I love travel, sport, the natural world and history, and spend a lot of time involved in at least one of these subjects. Those who know me will tell you I'm a bit of a Francophile, I'm in love with Paris and am always trying to find a way to visit it again :) Check out my blog for more about me!|
|Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...|
|The cities of eastern Canada, and Paris...|
|Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...|
|Everyone should read Rudyard Kipling's Kim, if only to see the way a man can write so beautifully about a country he loves. F. Scott Fitzgerald defines the Jazz Age brilliantly in his books, and Erich Marie Remarque's All Quiet on the Western Front is a haunting portrayal of war that should be read by anybody who believes in humanity.|
|This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.)|
Through Empires Past ;-)|
Joseph Heller's Catch-22 really grabbed me. Definitely worth another read if only to get my head around some pretty tricky concepts!
