My Bio I'm a lover of books, I believe that reading is the most worthwhile thing a person can do with their time. I love travel, sport, the natural world and history, and spend a lot of time involved in at least one of these subjects. Those who know me will tell you I'm a bit of a Francophile, I'm in love with Paris and am always trying to find a way to visit it again :) Check out my blog for more about me!

Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing

Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...
The cities of eastern Canada, and Paris...
Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...
Everyone should read Rudyard Kipling's Kim, if only to see the way a man can write so beautifully about a country he loves. F. Scott Fitzgerald defines the Jazz Age brilliantly in his books, and Erich Marie Remarque's All Quiet on the Western Front is a haunting portrayal of war that should be read by anybody who believes in humanity.
This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.)
Through Empires Past ;-)

Joseph Heller's Catch-22 really grabbed me. Definitely worth another read if only to get my head around some pretty tricky concepts!
