Rich is a the Executive Director of the West Chester University Foundation and has spent decades in the nonprofit fundraising and management fields in the DE/PA region. As a native Delawarean, Rich along with his mother Joan, and sister Victoria, chronicled the history of the Irish/Polish blended family he grew up in.
