About

The compiler of the Cook Book suffered from bowel disease since 19 years of age. He trained to be a chef. Worked in Chester & Cardiff. He is no longer working has a chef. He is now studying with the Open University to attain two degrees a B.Sc. in Natural Science & a BA in English Language & Litereature. He Hopes to Graduate in 2015.
