I was born in Rotorua New Zealand, moved to Australia with my mother and brother in 1999. Growing up baking at home with my mother and grandmother, I always showed a keen interest in food. Fast forward to 2012 I graduated from college as a qualified pastry chef.
In 2011 my husband was diagnosed with coeliac disease, during the difficult transition to a gluten free lifestyle, I tried many gluten free recipes that didn't work. So I decided to put my pastry chef skills to the test and started creating my own recipes which led to my first book Living Gluten Free - Biscuits & Cookies.
