I grew up in the North County of San Diego in a very rural area known as the town of Valley Center. I never imagined that my small town mentality would one day be expanded to the other side of the globe. This is my experience in India.
I left on a plane on February 24th of 2007 bound for Bangalore, India. This was to be a permanent move for myself rather than just some sort of travel vacation. My plan was to cultivate a more spiritual consciousness in Southern India and escape the fast paced Southern California lifestyle that I had been brought up in and grown so accustomed to. Almost exactly 1 year prior I had taken a month-long trip to India that shifted my whole perspective on life and where I wanted to be. So before I knew it I was living and breathing India again. This time only with more than a temporary stay in mind.
