Alana Fenton was born in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad of the West Indies in 1981. She migrated to the United States in 1995 to live with her mother in Far Rockaway, New York and became the first female in her family to join the U.S. Military and the first to ever attend College. During her collegiate studies, she embraced the field of Psychology and also took a great interest in other fields such as Business Planning, Real Estate and Inspirational Writing.
She is the mother of two sons, the last of two girls and an aunt of only one nephew, so the product of a very small, tight knit family.
One of Alana's major goals in life was to become a published Author and she managed to achieve this goal here in her very first book: The Black Book for Single Moms, 30 Days of Inspiration.
