I use Blurb to design and distribute wedding albums, but my involvement in photography extends beyond marriages and ceremonies. Furthermore, I believe that self-publishing is an incredibly powerful tool for any visual artist, whether for personal or professional purposes. I am the co-founder of Open Aperture Imaging, a joint wedding videography and photography venture primarily intended to serve the LGBT population pre-Prop. 8. Since the cease of same-sex marriages in CA, I have expanded into straight weddings and traditional events -- but I always leave time for personally enriching work.
