Annell St. Charles is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, where she still lives with her husband, but she also slips away to her condo on Hilton Head Island as often as she can. She has spent most of her professional life lecturing and writing about health topics for medical professionals and the public. She has written over 25 continuing health education booklets. She has also published a novel, "The Things Left Unsaid", and a book of poetry, "The Clam Shell". This is her first book of photographs.
