Mohammad T. Asfour is an avid photographer with a great passion for protecting nature and the environment.

To promote the green cause Mohammad is actively involved in several organizations. He chairs the Jordan Green Building Council, serves as Secretary to the board at Al Shajarah NGO and is the Vice Chair, Advocacy Committee at UNEP’s Sustainable Buildings & Climate Initiative based in Paris. Additionally, Mohammad is the Middle East Advisor for Kontentreal, a company based in New York and is well known for its e² series: “The economies of being environmentally conscious”.

Previously, Mohammad was an Advisor to the Board of Trustees of the Princess Sumaya University for Technology and a Founder & Director of Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship. He had also worked as a consultant for the UNDP, UNIDO, and USAID’s AMIR Program. Additionally, he served as a regional advisor to the OECD's MENA Investment Program.
