|Location||Alexandria, Kentucky, USA|
|My Occupation||Professor of Art/Photography and working artist|
|My Bio||I teach photography, web design for artists and artist book classes at Northern Kentucky University and have been a working artist for over 40 years. I began making blurb books the first day I got a notice that blurb existed. Since then I have made quite a few for myself, gotten friends and family to make books, and use blurb when teaching my courses in artist bookmaking and photography and whenever I teach study abroad classes. Blurb democratized bookmaking for the rest of us and for that I am grateful. Thank you Eileen.|

|Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...|
Dan Eldon was a photographer and artist who kept the most amazing journals. He was killed in Somalia and was in his twenties then. His mom published his journals. Wonderful. |
Keith Smith has made hundreds of artist books for about 40 years. He has written about artist's books too. I took courses from him at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the early 1970's
Jim Stone is another artist bookmaker and published educator. He is an evangelist for getting your work in print.
