I’m a systems engineer, retired USAF officer, and currently work for a large consulting firm supporting national defense clients. That's my day job. By night I love reading and writing about my genealogy and hyper-local history on my Mac. I've been the chairman of our local property owners association history committee for several years.

This is my first public book; I've done others for family purposes. I was motivated by our community's 40th Anniversary this year to try to capture something for posterity; and the feeling of time fleeting by.
