Bill has authored or co-authored several white papers and co-authored analysis documents on the subjects of Insurance with specific emphasis in the subjects of professional liability and Railroad exposures.

He has his Masters in Business and is currently working on his Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

In his spare time he turns his attention to mentoring and has recently completed a book on Mentoring for Organizations..
