Camille Williams is a young adult who has been vegan for over a year now. Camille was the typical American eater growing up, lots of animal products and processed foods. She first became vegan after learning the health benefits and reading articles on how inhumane animals are treated. Further researching and discovering the truth about the animal product industry she dove in to having a plant-based eating routine. As she continued on her journey she realized that being vegan isn’t just about the foods she ate, but how her environmental impact as well. Being vegan is a lifelong process and is continue to develop. Camille wrote this book to share her journey and knowledge and this amazing, health beneficial lifestyle.
