While pursuing different artistic avenues over my life, I joined my love of nature and birds in 1978 by becoming a wildbird sculptor in wood. My interest in Photography developed from my bird carving and trips to the local wildlife refuge seeking bird reference photo's. After retiring, I dedicated myself to learning digital photographic technique and the recording of top quality images of nature in the Pacific Northwest.
