Born in Scotland, Changue has spent most of the last twenty years in and around ZOFRA. The Folk Tales of Altizourus series is his attempt to preserve the unique oral traditions of Altizourus and to bring them to a wider audience. Changue would like to express his gratitude for the assistance of everyone at the Office of the District Commissioner and in particular to Steven Chong for his constant encouragement.
