By day, I'm an Administrative Assistant in Human Resources for my local municipality. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. As the co-chair of my workplace wellness program, I help plan and coordinate wellness activities and write wellness newsletters for employees.
By night, I curate articles for my online newspaper for women, Bea’s Vital Aging Weekly and am the founder of the blog, Vital Aging 4 Women.
