My Bio 1965 Born in Darmstadt/ Germany.
1977-1981 Repeatedly caught snatching my grandma's old Agfa Selecta and assorted film rolls.
1982 First own camera (Revue 110 film camera), given to me by my grandma who was fed up with me snatching her camera. Followed by several 135 pocket cameras over the years
1985 Started translator training in Heidelberg.
1986 -1993 Studied Psychology in Mannheim.
1994 First SLR, a used Pentax SuperA, which still works miraculously. First serious photographic attempts.
1994 - 1998 PhD in Management, Karlsruhe.
1998 Moved to Frankfurt, became corporate whore for the marketing and automotive industry.
2003 First digital camera, Pentax Optio 450. Crashed it twice. Insurance paid twice.
2006 Joined Flickr. Became addicted. And serious about photography.
2007 Pentax K10D. First dSLR. And a new lens every 3 months.
2008 Pentax K20D. And waiting for a full-frame sensor camera with a Pentax K-mount. Moved to Rotterdam/ NL in October. Back in academia + behind the lens.
