Jody is a senior marketing executive and consultant in workers' compensation software and workflow technology. Elissa is a biologist and crime laboratory director. After becoming certified divers in 2000, Jody and Elissa became increasingly interested in exploring different cultures and unique underwater environments. Their travels have taken them to some of the most unique and ecologically rich places in the world including, The Bahamas, Mexico, Honduras, Jamaica, Tanzania, Palau, Maldives, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, and their own backyard the California coast. Their passion for underwater exploration, marine biodiversity and underwater photography have been translated into a new series of dive travel and species Identification books.
