Mr. DeWitt lives in Grass Valley, California and Ms. Bonewitz lives
in Sacramento, California. They are life long friends and colleages.
Both are retired. Mr. DeWitt retired from the gaming industry in
Nevada and Ms. Bonewitz is a former California school teacher.
