Born in Richmond Virginia, Dustin has had an interest in photography his entire life. He received his Bachelor of Arts in film from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington; and has always focused his photographic eye on naturalism, documentation and fine art. He has pursued his interest in both film and photography by working on film sets for the likes of HBO and Disney and also shooting event, documentation, landscape and nature photography for companies such as Norwegian Cruise Lines and The Virginia Film Commission. He has also received accords for his essays on film criticism and his poetry. Mr. Griffin currently works as a freelance, contract, and travel photographer/consultant.
