In our high tech world we sometimes miss the hi touch items just at our finger tips. The pencil knows the hand differently than the keyboard. A walk in the park is different than a dive in the internet. In a world of always on, the value of the pause can be priceless.
Sometimes we can slow down to hurry up. It just feels strange.
I like to present these breathing spaces as options to relax.
They may just be the energy you need to move on.
