After over 35 years in insurance both as an employee and ultimately an owner, Heather (Rankin) Cournoyer sold her brokerage with all intentions of retiring. She quickly realized that there was something more she could contribute.   Retirement wasn’t for her.  Thus, Majix Consulting (2011) Inc. was created to inspire, encourage and empower business owners and their employees to succeed.

As a business owner, one usually doesn’t have the time to research current trends, develop an understanding of human nature, perfect successful communication techniques and more.  Heather is constantly monitoring trends, researching and working with her clients to provide guidance.
