Former Miner and NUM full time official from 1974-1989. After leaving industry I worked in mental health in Wales decommisioning large Psychiatric hospitals and setting up Regional Charity and services for carers and employment schemes for people who experienced mental illness. 1989-2001 and have worked in community regeneration since 2001.
