Johannesburg, South Africa

After 30 years working in Africa, I decided it was time to capture my experience to help others avoid the mistakes I made.

I realise that the youth of today in Africa are going to have to create their own opportunities as Government and Corporate Businesses are not creating anything like the job opportunities that are required to keep a generation meaningfully employed.

A disenfranchised and frustrated youth will lead to civil disobedience and unrest.

In order to build a Nation we have to put people to work as adding value is the only way to create wealth and enrich our commnunities.
