My Occupation technical writer & editor
My Bio I've worked as a technical writer & editor and layout artist for a little over 20 years. Photography has been a hobby somewhat longer. I travel when I can and stress over which gear to lug along. Currently, my 'stable' includes these cameras: Olympus E-410 dSLR, Olympus OM-1 (my first SLR) and OM-2 35mm SLRs, Mamiya 645 Pro TTL, Mamiya Press Universal w/Polaroid & 6 x 9 backs, Olympus D580, Olympus 720SW, and Polaroid 330. Right now, there's more film in my fridge than food.

Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing

Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...
The next photo book will be based on a recent trip to London and Oxford. Expect lots of architecture.
This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.)
In the late 90s, Mary Doria Russell wrote two novels: The Sparrow and Children of God. For those who say they don't like science fiction, get over it. These books may have a science fiction setting based around first contact, but Russell explores "how one can reconcile the idea of a benevolent deity in a universe filled with pain and evil." Her characters live and breathe; they become your friends... or your enemies.
