Someone once said, that an artist is a grown up child that has not lost the childlike ability to play. I am an artist. My biography includes studying art at a university, participating in exhibitions, moving from country to country, from place to place, working for big companies.
Nonetheless, my entire life belongs to art: I have worked at a gallery as a curator; I was a part of an art league which designed interiors for schools and businesses. I enjoy working on serious projects and, at the same time, I also enjoy making small sketches or collages. This technique allows me more freedom.
Some time ago, I went on a trip to Miami with my niece’s family. She has two daughters. One of them, Rebecca, has found a small coconut on the beach. To entertain her, I made up a story to tell her at bedtime. She loved it very much. Later, I decided to transform the story into a book. I have written and illustrated it. This is my premiere. My fist child. I hope you enjoy it.
