My Bio James H Egbert is an award winning photographer and professional television news photojournalist from Colorado Springs, Colorado with over 20 years of experience in capturing unique photographs that go beyond the image and deep into a personal journey through life. His images transcend place and time and evoke emotion for any viewer.

James is a 3rd generation Colorado Springs Native and a second generation professional photographer following his grandfather's footsteps while trail blazing his own. James has demonstrated over the past 20 years, his passion and talent in photography in various forms from Photo Journalism to Portraiture and Fine Art Photography.

While working professionally as a television news photo-journalist, landscape and nature photography remain James' true passion.

James demonstrates his influences by such artists as Ansel Adams, Art Wolfe, and Galen Rowell.
