As a life coach I have discovered after 33 years in the world of business that my true passion is helping others. After having a very "successful" career owning and managing a multimillion dollar business I decided to switch my focus in life. I have more recently spent several years learning firsthand about emotional and physical wellness, examining my beliefs and changing my behaviors for the better. I have never been happier and more content in my life than I am right now. I believe I have found true success for me. I want to share with others the knowledge and wisdom that I have discovered through my journey.
