James Reid Trippe, born NY 62, graduated New Trier HS, Winnetka, Il. 1980, & Ithaca College 85. Studied painting & printmaking w/ David Symth & Salvator Grippi. Founded AV Arts, 110 Hudson St, NY. working wi/ or for "Anthrax, Bobby Brown, Debbie Harry, Joe Cocker, Peter Gabriel, Lenny Kravitz. In 87 moved to 146 W 57th St,. Clients included National Geographic, Estee Lauder, HBO, EUE, NBC, Conde Naste CBS. 89, moved to Greenwich, CT, providing original music for film. In 95, traveled Western US creating photo book "Chasing Light". 96, lived in the Bahamas, creating paintings & prints, for the book "Harbour Island".
