Joe is a nature photographer living in San Jose, California. His images of the western United States, Iceland and the arctic have won international recognition via awards by the Nature's Best Foundation and the North American Nature Photography Association, and his work has been exhibited in locations across the United States.
In 2008, the US Department of the Interior awarded Decker an artist residency at Petrified Forest National Park.
